So how would you lovely folks fancy your chances at winning the copy? Competition has ended!
All you have to do is answer this question in the comments:
Why do you think you deserve to win it? (yes that simple :))
If you are not registered and logged in, be sure to leave your email to contact you if you win!
Edit > You can now leave your name and email in the boxes when you comment, no one but me sees your email so don't worry.
The competition is now over, news post to follow soon announcing the winner and reasons why it has been cut a little short :)

Competition coming soon! by: liamdawe 25/08/10 18:40:28
When i can find a reliable place that accepts credit/debit card to purchase downloadable LinuxGamePublishing titles i will run a competition once...maybe even twice a month.
If you know somewhere reliable (not tuxgames.com i emailed a few times about errors buying to no reply!).
Also any other downloadable games that can be easily transferred to someone else that you want to win, let me know in the comments!

Steam not coming to Linux - Valve by: liamdawe 24/08/10 1:17:52
I knew it would happen, it is now pure Fact that Steam is not coming to the Linux platform.
The rumours originated from Phoronix - which seemed promising but after nothing from Valve at all as soon as they published their articles i knew it wasn't coming.
So why did Phoronix post so many articles claiming Steam was coming? Why did they also chuck around a date as well, you will notice he mentioned "June"....well to boost his advert clicks and get more money of course.
Shame on you Phoronix.
To quote Valve:
Question: Final question, and one I'm sure you're not super-keen to answer, but I promised one of our tech guys I'd ask it. What truth is there to rumours that you're also working on a Linux version of Steam?
Doug Lombardi: There's no Linux version that we're working on right now.
